A robust structural rig that houses all types of doors and gates. Frame clamps enable the rig to be used with sacrificial doors. A raised doorway with adjustable staircase allows for restricted access training too.

Our window rigs were specifically designed to minimise the work and time it takes to set up. Unframed glass from 4-32mm simply inserts and our clamps automatically adjust to suit. Clean up is also assisted with clever detailing.

This heavy duty sliding clamping rig provides a fully adjustable solution to safely train and practice cutting doors and windows. Our adjustable hinged clamps allow for door leaves to be installed without frames but still swing open once cut.

This rig was specifically developed to provide a simple to complex training platform for the use of Thermal Cutting equipment. Replicating all gate and barrier situations with the ability to clamp real doorsets behind to simulate full scenarios.
